Highmark has adopted eviCore healthcare's (eviCore) 2019 cardiology and advanced imaging evidence-based clinical guidelines. Highmark began appling these guidelines to the Advanced Imaging and Cardiology Services Program on April 1, 2019. These guidelines replaced the 2018 guidelines, used for the eviCore Advanced Imaging and Cardiology Services program prior to April 1, 2019.
